Merri brings optimism, wit, and drive to real estate, paired with a deep love for Ithaca and the Finger Lakes. Born and raised in Ithaca, she returned home after college to build her family and career in the community she knows best.

With over 30 years at Cornell University in Human Resources and Administrative Management, Merri offers exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a natural ability to build genuine connections. Her extensive community involvement—including service on multiple local boards—reflects her commitment to giving back and supporting the people she serves.

When she’s not helping clients buy or sell homes, Merri enjoys hockey, golf, hiking, live music, and exploring the Finger Lakes’ parks, wineries, and breweries. She lives in Ithaca with her husband John and their two dogs, and is the proud parent of two adult children.
